Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the service fee.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session or no-shows will be charged in full.
If there are two cancellations within 24 hours, Lauren Wyckoff reserves the right to discontinue sessions and end the working relationship at her discretion.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Pre-paid sessions, gift cards, and packages are non-refundable and must be used within their stated time frame.Ā
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time to honor the time and other clients.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened without a price adjustment.
Health & Contraindications
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, active infection, nausea, etc.) or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please reschedule.
Some conditions may require approval from your medical provider prior to receiving treatment.
Confidentiality & Respect
All sessions are confidential and treated with professionalism and care.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings may be declined.

Kambo Ceremony
Booking & Cancellation
Kambo ceremonies must be booked at least 3 days in advance to allow adequate time for screening, preparation and intention setting.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your ceremony.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the ceremony will be charged 50% of the full session fee.
Refunds & Payments
Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the ceremony begins. No refunds will be given after participation.
Contraindications
Kambo is not appropriate for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, or psychiatric histories may disqualify you from receiving treatment. Safety is prioritized.
Client Readiness
Participants are expected to follow preparation guidelines, including fasting, hydration, and medication disclosures. Full and honest completion of the Kambo Preparation Guide and Waiver is required prior to ceremony. These forms outline essential safety protocols and help determine eligibility for participation.
Disclaimers
Kambo is a traditional ritual and is not a substitute for medical care. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being.

1:1 Mentorship
Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be rescheduled without additional payment.
If there are two cancellations within 24 hours, Lauren Wyckoff reserves the right to discontinue mentorship and end the working relationship at her discretion.
There is an allowed two reschedules during the mentorship container. After two, we will revisit whether this partnership remains aligned and supportive for both parties.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and will not be extended.
Payments & Refunds
Mentorship is a commitment to your growth, and your investment reflects that.
Payment options include paid in full or three monthly installments, due on the agreed-upon schedule.
Your spot is confirmed once the first payment is received.
If a payment is missed or delayed without communication, sessions may be paused until the account is in good standing. Continued lack of communication or non-payment may result in early termination of the mentorship agreement.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions within a container.
Client Commitment
This is a collaborative, high-touch space. You are responsible for showing up prepared, open, and ready to integrate what we explore together.
Transformation happens both in session and in your implementation between sessions. Your growth is your responsibility.
